As part of the College’s continued efforts towards a culture of greater sustainability. During dinner time, when students return their dishes, the remaining food on the dishes shall be emptied into a plastic bin. At the end of dinner, the food scraps are weighed, and results published soon after. We hope this event inform students about roughly the amount of food the College wastes on a daily basis.
